| The Donavan Inn is composed of the main farm house with
one bedroom, closets, shower and bathroom; a large living room with satellite
TV; a sun deck with large glass windows; front porch; mud room and utility
room. A covered porch leads to the new bedroom addition. A covered porch and
wooden deck on the bedroom addition leads to a concrete patio. The two new
bedrooms each have a bathroom with tub and shower and satellite TV. |

| Renting the Donavan Inn
includes: Exclusive use of the Inn. Full fishing privileges in 9 lakes;
14 ft. aluminum boat/trailer, with trolling motor, battery, battery charger,
safety equipment, two paddles, anchor, ice chest; access to 17 piers (most with
fish feeders) and the roofed party pier with ceiling fans/lights and hot/cold
running water. BBQ grill, picnic table, parking for personal boat and equipment
in barn beside the Inn; fish cleaning table by barn. |

| Environs include prairie, hardwoods, swamps, and rolling
pastures. Outstanding birding including migratory water fowl, wetland species
such as wood storks ibises, osprey, an occasional bald eagle, and herons,
rails, and prairie species such as hawks, kestrels, and shrikes. |

Rental Rate (this rate covers
1-6 people): $350 for one day (Monday - Thursday only); $300/day for Friday -
Sunday (two day minimum); $300/day for two or more days. Additional guests over
the basic rate for 6 people: $50/day/guest.

Holiday periods require multiple day
rentals.
One Week Special Rate (7 days for
1 - 6 people): $1,750. |

| Sleeping accommodations : 1
kingsize, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twin longs, 1 queen fold out couch. These 7
beds can accommodate 12 people. Three sofas could provide sleeping space for
small children. Children under three free. |

| Arrival time: 8:00 am for access
to property, fishing, birding, nature walks, biking, picnics, etc. |

| Donavan Inn check in time: 3:00
P.M. (earlier if Inn not rented on previous day). |

| Donavan Inn check out time: 11:00
am and includes submission of keys to Inn ( guests may remain on the property
till 5:00 P.M.; fishing, birding, etc.). The designated responsible guest is
required to obtain a signed release from the Farm Manager (Washburn) or Inn
Manager (Wilson) at the time of leaving the property. This will include
submission of keys to the main gate. |

Deposit: ½ at time of
making reservations; remainder of charges two weeks before reservation date;
$100 of deposit non-refundable. $300 non-refundable if reservation cancelled 7
days or less before date of arrival.
Management reserves the
right to assess a security deposit up to $500 for any rental aggrement that he
deems necessary. |

| Childcare (babysitting): $8/hour
(depending upon availability of babysitters for the designated time). Contact

| Greeter and Go-To Person:
Charlene Collins is the Inn Greeter; Earl Washburn is the Farm Manager (see
Earl's World on Club web site); Thomas Wilson, Inn and Fishing Club Manager,
will usually be on the property late in the afternoons and on weekends and
often during the summer months. |

| Adding Individuals to the list of guests
after guests arrive at the Inn: No visitors are
allowed at the Inn or on the Club property; however, Inn guests may add
additional people according to the following rules: Inn guests may add people
to their party up to a total of six people in the Inn; additional guests in the
Inn (over 6 people) must pay a $100/day fee; 13 people maximum for the Inn.

| Fishing Guide (when available):
On Club property with all fishing (spinning
medium and light, and
baitcasting rods) and safety equipment and lures furnished (cleaning fish
extra); the Manager's 15 ft V-hull, fiberglass boat with three swivel seats
(see photo on web site). 6 hours of fishing (guests pick the hours, however,
contingent upon schedule of guide)
$300/day (this fee covers a maximum of
two guests) |

minimum...more for large numbers of fish; bream scaled, filleted if large
enough. Bass filleted. This service depends on the availability of
