Inn Rental Rate (see web site for complete details of fees)

RentalRate- $300 minimum/day for up to 6 people; 2 day minimum stay; fees for additional people

Deposits - 1/2 at time of making reservation; remainder of rent two weeks before date for reservation; $100 non-refundable; $300 non-refundable if reservation cancelled 7 or less days from reservation date.

Items included in Inn rental fee:

Exclusive use of the Inn including porches, patio, sun deck, and yard

14 ft. fishing boat, trailer, trolling motor, battery and charger, flotation devises, paddles, anchor, ice chest

Satelite TV

All fishing club privileges including access to all 9 lakes and 17 piers

Housekeeper Cleaning Service every 3^rd day

Boat and equipment storage in a barn

Full kitchen, laundry room

Keys to main gate and to the Inn

Assistance from the Farm Manager, Earl Washburn
